OM is the highest vibration and purest sound.
Come to experience your own inner sound healing and learn more about yourself & life.
Project Mantra is a guided program to help you build up an easy, yet powerful daily chanting practice over 40 days.
Doing daily practise transforms you positively from the inside out and brings you peace, clarity and contentment.
Sri Yantra is an energetic instrument for our spiritual advancement. It is the most sacred geometry known to the mankind that represents creation - Divine Feminine.
Using the affirmations helps to focus your attention, activate profound healing and open portals to the hidden knowledge inside of this ancient tool.
OM is the universal sound of creation, the highest and purest vibration that exists.
How doest OM Chanting work?
Resonation of OM Chanting in specific circle formations creates powerful vibrations in the middle of the circle. These vibrations start restoring everything and everyone around. Just like you watch the waves created by one stone in the water, you can feel the wave's effect from OM chanting too.

• Help with spiritual heart opening and connecting to your higher selves
• Improve sleeping (insomnia)
• Offer health, emotional and mental support during pregnancy
Why OM Chanting?
The practice works because of a unique combination of seating, continuous chanting of OM and the presence of an OM Chanting Organiser who carries the blessing of spiritual Master Paramahamsa Vishwananda. The Master’s blessing is what permits the full transformation of negativity into positive energy and secures all the process.
This technique has been practised by ancient Rishis (sages) in The Hilamayas 5000 years ago to help the human race. Forgotten over time, this ancient group healing technique was reintroduced by spiritual Masters Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji to support the Earth and mankind in this time of need.
OM Chanting is one of the techniques in Atma Kryia Yoga practice taught by the Bhakti Marga organisation.

OM CHANTING HONG KONG
My huge respect goes towards the teachings of Bhakti Marga and Sri Swami Paramahamsa Vishwanada.
On my healing journey I came across many healers, therapists and different alternative practitioners. Some of them helped me and some of them not.
However when I met Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda, the experience is hard to describe. It was unique even to be near His presence without any words. Being sensitive to the energies, I realised the beauty and power of His spirit almost instantly and that caught me by surprise. So I was inspired to learn more about His techniques and share the benefits with others. All the techniques have a base in ancient Indian teachings and are alternated to our modern life style. He is not asking to be religious but rather to be more aware of who you truly are. His mission is to open our spiritual hearts. As everything around is a part of constant change that is not possible to really control. But what you carry inside of yourself, that is ultimately what you can work with and transform. No matter what is happening around you, have always a free choice to respond to it. The peace starts within.
